At Cancer Council, we want you to feel confident and protected in our sun-safe apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached to qualify for a return or exchange.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Pack and Label

  Securely package your items and attach the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized postal location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
